I purchased a Samsung refrigerator from H H Gregg on April 23rd it was delivered on April 26th. On approximately May 3rd the refrigerator stopped making ice. I went into HH Gregg to complain and was offered $100.00 by Rasheed Abdul to keep the refrigerator. I refused the money but agreed to give it a little more time. The fridge was serviced on 5/5 and the repairman from A&E informed me that the line had frozen. The fridge was serviced another time but I don't remember the date soon after 5/5. I should have returned it immediately, but I went against my better judgement and kept it past the 30 day return date. On 8/7 I again called A&E because the fridge stopped making ice again. The service man came in on 8/10 and said he had to order parts for it. The parts arrived and the service man came and installed them and told me the ice would be made in 3-4 hours. I called A&E again because at 6:00 P.M. On the 20th there still was no ice. I called HH Gregg on several occasions talking with Wanda who said she spoke with the manager Fred Myrie who said there is nothing he can do. I will be returning to the store today to speak with someone again. What else can I do?
