I bought a Secret Chef (Maytag) fridge from HH gregg in late September and also have had it fixed five times since it won't freeze icecream. After numerous calls and demands to get a new fridge, they've dismissed me. They claim they're waiting to obtain agreement from Maytag before they are able to substitute the fridge. That's not my issue. When they were worried about maintaining their clients content, they'd substitute the fridge and cope with Maytag by themselves time. Meanwhile I've soup in the place of icecream. I'm completely disappointed using the only item I've purchased from them and it'll function as the last item I'll purchase from their website. A locally-owned-equipment shop has simply moved really near to them. When they do not enhance their customer support, they'll be from company. There's an excessive amount of opposition near by.
