I purchaed an ID Protecter Stamp which I I mailed the payment in before trying the stamp. Which does not work, I am a 75 year old lady who feels that your company is takeing advantage of me, in the past you mailed items that I did not order which I returned at my expense, I now feel again I have been hurt by you, the item is defective, I do not have an address to send it back for a refund.
