Dish Roof claim #110543 opened 3rd July
Still no one have repaired the damage the Dish installer made to our roof and no one will call us.
I feel that we have been more than patient with regards to Dish resolving the damaged roof claim of July 3. As of today even after calling and leaving several messages with Layla, requesting an update on what is happening regarding our claim for the damage the Dish installer did to our roof no one has called back and even after promising to have someone out to conduct the final inspection, still no one has contacted me and the rain is still leaking into my home. I have requested on several occasions to speak with Layla's manager and have been told she does not have one and that I can only speak to Layla, which is imposable as she will not return my calls. If this issue continues, the leaking damage will only increase and so will the repair bill
