Purchased a Sofa & Love seat Manufactured by NATUZI from the outlet SEARS Brossard QC. The products are under warranty of two years. Within few month of purchase the skin of the Sofa & Love seat start coming off.in-spite of repeated complaint made to their (Sears/Natuzi) customer care no satisfactory action has been taken
