I spent 1500 for getting one sofa and love seat and they get me free for a 7 pieces dining set. I didn't wanna get the love seat at the very beginning but well, they said they are gonna give me a gd deal if I get the love seat as well. So here's the deal is, getting both the love seat and sofa and I get the dining set for free. It's pretty much a gd deal. So why not? I scheduled the delivery for 2 weeks later, which is today, I had been waiting at home for the delivery and nobody came. I called the customer service and she was really really rude, telling me that there's a note saying I want the furnitures to deliver all at once and they don't have the dining table in stock so they are not sending it today. I wondered when is the soonest time I can get the table, she told me its end of the month. I paid on the 4th and I hvta wait till the end of the month to get it delivered? U gotta be kidding me, and I asked her isn't that their responsibility to let me know abt the cancellation for the delivery and she said no, it's u to call us for not receiving any calls. Hw they can keep posting advertisements but don't even have the item in stock? Hw do they train their customer service staff? Would never want to buy anything from them
