I ordered a set of DVD's from Cheqoot NZ.

I was charged $185.00 as there was USD charge from US placed onto it. There was not charge for delievery.
I order these back on the 16 July. It says on their web page that it will take 3-7 working days for the delievery.
I have sent a number of emails to there customer service email and left a number of email on their webpage. There is no phone number I am getting a little upset
