I ordered Volumes 1-6 of Doctor Who for $138.52 on Dec 30. I was charged the expected $139.40 (with S/H) and an additional $1.39 for a total of $140.79. I still have not received my DVDs, nor any communication about them being shipped. I have emailed (both replying to the order confirmation email, and directly through their website) and have gotten no response. The email for complaints listed on the website ([email protected]) came back immediately as undeliverable. I need to know how to get either the product or my money back immediately.
