These monetary charges were debited from my bank account on 1/6/13; DB DEBIT / 01-06-13 VDCA NOVELTIES BROSSARD QC auth# 56526; $100.84 and, FEE / POS 0107 0703 056526 VDCA NOVELTIES BROSSARD QC ATM FOREIGN/VISA ISA/MASTERCARD CROSS BORDER FEE $0.80. I have sent two emails via there customer support link on their web page and haven't recieved a reply. I don't have a tracking number as of yet and have not been able to find a phone number.
