This website is a complete SCAM! I placed an order for the complete series set of Seinfeld on December 11. My credit card was charged that day and I received an email from they saying my order was received and that I would receive the product in 7-10 days, and was given a confirmation number. My order NEVER CAME. I emailed their customer support 4 times and was always told I would be contacted in 48 hours, but I was never contacted. I tried calling the number I found for them and it was out of service. I called my bank and had them take the charge off and issue me a new card. I recommend everyone else who is experiencing this to do the same. This is a complete SCAM and they should not be able to get away with it!
