Red Lobster poor service, crab tasted terrible, not fresh

Red lobster used to be my personal favorite choice in picking a restaurant. I go there about 3 times a month., sometimes alone, sometime bringing guests. This past Sunday, the store seemed short on staff. Slow service, slow computers, lack of cleanliness are my complaints. I sat at the bar, no, I went to the bar to eat. The server faced the computer for ten minutes. The bar counter had not been cleared from last three people who ate there. The service counter was very messy and sloppy; empties and liquids spilled. The server disappeared in the back. The manager appeared and took my order and said I could get a drink when the server returned. Saw another mgr. Later on, they seemed to be scrambling to cover the bases. I could hear other guests complain waiting for the check or the server to take the check. I will say, everyone was very polite, with a lot of yes ma'am and yes sir but clearly there is a mgnt. Problem if guests are complaining. I dont mind young people as servers or in the kitchen but I expect management to be experienced and run things properly. Had shrimp stuffed w/crab, buerre blanc sauce. Sounds good, tasted terrible. Disappointed I cannot take my high-end clients to this chain anymore (love the biscuits). I could not chance unpredictable service or basic cleanliness.
