This was my first experience at this chain and believe me my last!!! Stay away from them. I took my family out for a celebration dinner. There were 9 of us. The service was non existant. We waited for almost 2 hours before we even got our salads. It became so bad that the staff started helping the server (they weren't that crowded)
Out of 9 dinners ordered 8 were wrong!!! When I asked to speak to the manager on duty she told me that she had done enough for our party. Obviously the management could have cared less. They told us that if we didn't like their restaurant we could go back to where we came from. (I told them this was our first time there and that we drove 100 miles for this day.) This was supposed to be a celebration for one of my grandchildren who had competed that day and won first place.
In addition I called and left a message for the VP OF THE COMPANY WHO NEVER RESPONDED UNTIL I FAXED A LETTER TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE. I know that servers can have a bad day, but surely they could have had another server help her to get our orders to us.$250.00 later we left and had to stop at a fast food restaurant to get dinner for the 4 kids with us. To me the true test of a company is how they treat their problems and this company failed miserably. I didn't even get an apology.
