I complained about the services received by Elite Planning Group. I wanted to see my $2,500 savings in writing which they refused to do or let me speak to a manager. I was told not to call BBB or I would not get my money back. This was 5/15. I was told to expect in 60 days. It has now been over 90 and they just keep sending messages to the billing department and tell me by September 15. I have found out others have had the same problem with Elite. I just want my money back.
