Elite said they would lower my interest rates on my loans and credit cards and assured me a $2,500 savings on my interest rates in a year and provide me with a financial planner. Elite did not call my credit card company and I never received documentation of my savings. I asked for a refund 5/15 after speaking with a manager she told me I would get in 60 days as long as I took no action. On 7/15 I called asking for refund and they said they could do nothing but put message to billing dept. And to wait another month. As of 8/15 I was told to again wait another month. Elite did not educate nor provide the savings they claimed.in fact the so called planner, Gary Hernandez, just told me to look for zero APR transfer and to call him back when I found one. When I called him back he did a 3 way call with the bank to set it up. I could have done this myself for free as I was already approved. I should have known it was a scam as the wanted the money all upfront. They are just going to tell me another month and I will never get my money back. Any help or ideas would greatly me appreciated to stop others from suffering the same fate.
