Elite Planning Group promised to help with my finances. They assigned me a financial advisor with regard to paying down my debts, by finding credit cards with 0% to 4% for balance transfers from my high interest cards. They guaranteed a minimum savings of $2500.00 once the custom debt analysis service is compete. It's been a year & they have not keep up their agreement. To save me 2500.00 dollars. They called on 9/24 and told me they would refund me $595.00 in 30-60 days. I've called them time & time again & get the same message "we are currently experiencing technical difficulties" (same message for the last 30 days) "someone will call you back & reschedule an appointment". I have several numbers to contact them & I get the same message. Please help me get my money back. I am retired & need that money. Thank You for your consideration in this matter.
