We spent months into this program trying to make it work. We made every effort and additionally "Alex" one of the technical support reps took charge of our computer and checked everything out and said "I just cannot figure this one out". We have endless emails and tickets submitted through their website trying to make this work for us. After exhausting efforts and frustrations we asked for a refund due to atompark's reps nor we could get this program to work with our mail server. Then upon requesting a refund Dmitriy Zamogilniy told us "Our reasons did not fall under their return policies"! The most frustrating and lack of customer services we have ever experienced. We are posting this complaint mainly so others do not go through the frustrations and loss of manhours that our company did. Then they will not even honor such a small amount to show good faith. DON'T DO WHAT WE DID - FIND ANOTHER BULK SENDER! There are legitimate senders out there that will help you and not just drop you once they have your money!
