Bulk Isp Corp - Dba-copydvd.net ripoff - refuse to answer repeated emails because it doesn't work as advertised. Las Vegas Nevada

I purchased "copydvd.net" download on Dec 24/03 for $19.95. This is a program to make home copies of your DVD's & is advertised to do so in 2-6 hours depending on the speed of your computer. It takes 36 - 40 hours to do the job - this is not acceptable to me. I have emailed them 3 times asking for advise & they refuse to answer. I can find no phone number or address.

My credit card billing was from Bulk ISP Corp.
It's not the money as much as I just don't like being ripped off. Thank you for listening.
