We purchased this software over a month ago. We worked for over a month trying to get this program to work. A Technician from Atomic "Alex" also took charge of our computer and said "I just cannot figure it out". There were so many issues and frustration that we finally gave up! Now, we asked for a refund due to their software would not work with our email carrier. Additionally, their templates would not work and we wasted so much time doing what they advised to no avail. Eventually, they sent their template to their programmer which said the malfunction was on Atomics end, and they corrected it. But we were out of much manhours by this time. After a few months of going back and forth with this company, we gave up! We switched to a program that had us up and running within the hour (Send Blaster) We then asked Atomic for a refund, and they said "NO, WE HAD THIS PROGRAM FOR OVER A MONTH AND OUR ISSUES DID NOT FALL UNDER THE COMPANY REFUND POLICY"! The most frustrating experience and lack of customer services we have ever experienced. I would not recommend anyone to use this companies software. If their own technicians could not get this to work after taking control of our computer, then what would justify a refund! If you go with this company - they will not refund your purchase money - even though their software DOES NOT WORK with all email carriers. Don't be taken like we were!
