I purchased the download version of email verifier from AtomPark software because I had a client with a list of over 50,000 names that he needed verified. The software took a while to verify and the last two parts of the list gave back an error code and I could not even view the results.
I then purchased the online version. I submitted the results to the client who imported those into Constant Contact and they came back with over a 50% bounce rate. I complained to AtomPark and emailed the results but they still would not refund. The orig. Refund policy on their site stated that with a valid reason and an email to them the money would be refunded.
They changed the policy after I complained and added a clause that said if they fix the problem then no refund. I explained that the client was unhappy and withdrew his work and that I lost the income from the project & what I had spent on the software. AtomPark did not budge. Do not purchase this software - they lie to you and it does not work.
