I ordered some parts from this company. I did this online very simple.
The problem is a month later they told me that the part was delivered.
And of course it was not. The explanations they give every time I call is the same. “we will email you the tracking number”
I finally called again and was yelled at by the hero of the Trend times People.
The bottom line is that this company is a scam. They will not send your order out.
They will tell you they did. They use USPS after paying for UPS then blame USPS
DO NOT SPEND A DIME HERE. I wouldn’t trust them to change my shoe laces.
