In April, I ordered a helicopter. Recieved it within 2 weeks. The 2 free batteries weren't in it - so I messaged them and they sent me 2.
Then I took the helicopter out and flew it, landed too hard, and the main shaft bent. I then went and ordered replacement parts and upgrades - you would not believe how many PLASTIC parts were on that $500 helicopter.
My copter did not come with a direction book or owner's manual - I could not find one on the site either. But I did get a parts list. So I ordered $165 in parts on April 26.
May 10, I called and said where is it? The man says he mailed it - no longer his problem. I can't get a refund as he mailed the merchandise. Then he reminded me, he is nothing but PO Boxes - WHAT can I do?
So, I did a search online - had a friend do it actually. He found this address for them this website, and one other - with complaints about Trend Times.
