I paid for set of dvds gunsmoke complete series but never received them or any satisfactory explanation, and so far no refund. They say they dont use tracking but in july they sent me e-mail saying they had to pay $18 duty but i would not be charged and that i would receive them within one week but these are obviousely delaying tactics as royal mail said without tracking they could not trace parcel.
