I ordered the complete series of Sue Thomas F.B. Eye. The confirmation e-mail said it would take 2 to 4 weeks to be delivered. Estimated timeline was between 1/28 and 2/15. It is 2/21 and I have yet to receive my DVDs. I was charged $49 for the DVDs and then I was charged a fee of $1.50 for an international purchase. I was told the DVDs would be arriving via USPS. I checked my confirmation e-mails and there is no support contact information. I Googled the web address I previously went to where I ordered the DVDs from and the website is no longer there. At least no one else can get scammed, but I'm pretty upset!
