I purchased an email software program from Sendblaster 4-19-10 and began studying their software. After a day of trying to figure out how the software worked, I found some aspects of this software that was not at all to my liking. On the third day after my purchase I emailed Sendblaster and asked for a full refund, which is well within the company's posted 15-day guarantee for a full refund if not satisfied. Sendblaster has continued to ignore my refund requests, with a total of 3 emails sent asking for my refund.
I also requested another company that had an offer associated with Sendblaster's software, and they were quite nice and forwarded my request. After a full week, and three requests for my money to be refunded, I still have not heard back from this company. I have also filed a formal complaint through my personal bank and Visa. At this time I would highly recommend anyone looking for an email software program to steer away from Sendblaster. They owe me $94.48 in US dollars!
