I purchased software that required internet download from www.321studiosoft.com. The software doesn't work so as any customer would do I asked for my money back. I've been fighting with them for over a month about a refund.
At first they were they weren't very responsive, because I've been persistant they've gotten insultive. They tell me they're software has no such problem; that it's my computer. The only issue with that is that I'm a computer programer and I've gone over my computer several times now to make sure and there is no way that it's not an issue with their software.
They've gone so far as to state the following (directly copied from their last email) "Perhaps, maybe, just maybe, you're computer has a problem with it and it's not the software? No? Impossible? That's right there is no way for your computer to have problems because you are superwoman."
I don't think it's necessary to get insultive. I made them aware that the software didn't work and asked for something to be done; I recived a series of emails asking questions about issue and then they stopped contacting me so I asked for a refund because it had been going on for over a month. I'm not going to be expected to pay for something I can't use. Once I asked for a refund they became insultive and uncooperative.
