When I signed up for Direct TV they offered - Free for 3 months Showtime, HBO, Cinimax, & Stars, & a full season of NFL Sunday ticket with the choice package. They also were going to pay my $175 cancellation fee with Dish Network. I clearly explained and repeated to Direct TV’s representative what I wanted and the price, they confirmed I would receive this as described above. They signed me up on the wrong package preventing me from receiving my request. For a full month my receiver box did not work properly and after my 4th phone call the finally sent someone out to replace it. I was charge for the full months service and they would only offer me a $20 credit which I received. July 25th - I contacted the customer resolutions group because I was being over charged. They confirmed I was to receive everything as described above, but they did not have the authority to correct it. They forward my complaint to the back office reviews. Back office reviews contacted me leaving a message with no return phone number for me to call, stating I am locked into the currant package and they will do nothing for me. At this time I would like to be reimburse for my losses and discontinue Direct Tv at no early termination fee.
