After many emails they sent this back and I am still waiting for my Money and Items

Good Afternoon,
Your past due refund information has been uploaded on to our past due refund listing.
All refunds are due to be processed via check form.
I do not at this time have a date as to when your refund check is to be mailed only that you will be notified via email once the check is sent out to you.
