I have received many, many excuses... And promises of my refund, such as, "a refund check has been processed for you. You should see this in your mail in the next week or so" (e-mail from "[email protected]")... Sometimes they stated "your check was held up, and I have requested the refund check to be processed and mailed to you asap"... This corresponding has been going on since Septembet 2004. I have not received my "refund
check" in the mail yet!!!
Last e-mail I received stating "Elizabeth hello a refund check has been processed for you. You should see this in your mail in the next week or so. We apologize for any delay. Thank you and have a nice day!" (this e-mail was dated 3/18)
