I made reservations with this company for a 2 night stay in Livingston Alabama. Unfortunately my husband became ill, so I was forced to cancel my vacation. I called numerous agents who advised me to go online to cancel my reservations with the confirmation number. When I went online to find the confirmation number, there was no reservation on file. Frustrated and upset, I called customer service again and they responded that there were no reservations online under my name. I assumed I was in the clear, but of course when I received my credit card statement I was charged $200.00 for rooms that were not occupied. I am on a fixed income and I did not expect this ridiculous charge on my account. I feel as though I was taken advantage of by a company that I book rooms with on a majority of my vacations with.
