Candice solicited me by phone, said she could get me into an interest loan at 5.999% for my home loan. I had a loan with GMAC, because it is hard to get them on the phone, I decided to go with Quicken Loans Candice the loan officer said that she would be my loan officer, always keep in touch and that "she didn't get paid per mortgage deal. She explained that all interest paid up front was the way to go. I sighed all papers, came up with $500.00 for an appraisal. The deal was closed, I sent one check to quicken loans and the next month they sold my loan BACK to GMAC! I lost 3,500 dollars because I was lied to. I am now with another lending company, 30 year fixed with 4%. This loan is paying on principle and interest.
