I ordered the NuWave Precison Induction Cooktop and was very excited to start using it. Before I could open the box, my credit card company stated an amount of $248.98 hit my account. I was confused and checked to find out it was from NuWave Cooktop. I was very upset as I was told $78.93 was going to hit as my first payment followed with 2 more payments of $59.23, which totals to $197.39. I remember asking the lady over the phone to tell me the breakdown because I didn't want to be surprised so see that $248.98 hit my account, followed by the $59.23 a month later was upsetting. After many phone calls (NEVER get a hold of anybody), fax, and emails, I finally received an email back to state the $248.98 was the correct first charge so I asked her to let me know the address to send back all the items along with the postage to send them back and no one responded back to me. I've emailed [email protected] and [email protected] and have not heard back. I tried calling 855.742.2665 and you have to leave a message and they state it's faster to leave a message but haven't heard back. That was 2 weeks ago.
I'm very upset and can't understand why there are so many people available at NuWave to continue taking orders but can't seem to take care of the individuals who have ordered the product and just want answers.
