Via the internet I ordered the NuWave Precision Induction Cooktop on 08/11.
A few days later I was balancing my checking account and noticed two deductions by IBC Precision Cooktop one on 08/14 in the amount of $65.61 the second deduction on 08/15 in the amount of $69.95.
I ordered one cooktop (one order number) and decided not to take advantage of two for one special offer.
I've emailed customer service about the double charge, faxed a letter about being double billed and called the company in Libertyville and have yet to be contacted.
The saddest part is I received the cooktop and so far I like the product and would be likely to recommend it. But after this experience there is no way I could recommend any Heartware product.
