My visa as charged 284.79 on 12/17 for the BOGO Offer for the Nuwave Induction cooktop at the rate of $284.79 and was told that it would be here before Christmas 2012. To date 1/5 I have still not received the product and 284.79 has been charged to my visa account. Where is it??? No email confirmation has been sent. Hello... Where is my product?
