I have had a water meter put outside of the property. Having this makes you more aware of how much water you are using. I phoned on the 12/07 and found out that I was £350 in credit, they agreed to drop my monthly payments and refund me £250 which I have received today after a couple of phone calls. As it is a cheque it will take a few days to clear all the while they are making interest on my money.
