Are a giant leech sucking money out of my wallet

These people came into our apartment complex supposedly to help us conserve water. The tenants had no say in the matter and were forced to rent a water meter and pay an exorbitant monthly billing fee in addition to the water and sewer fees. The sewer fees were extremely high and repeated requests to the company to explain why were either ignored or incompletely answered. One representative I spoke with admitted that they had arbitrarily 'decided' how much to charge each tenant for their sewer bill. I thought the whole purpose of metering was so you would know EXACTLY how much to charge! I use very little water at this location.in one instance my actual monthly water usage was less than two dollars yet the bill ended up being over $45. The bill arrives with about 8 days to pay and as some other reviewers on the web have pointed out, I also received a "late fee" statement sent out before my payment deadline had even passed. This company just gets an invite to bleed the complex for thousands of dollars a year JUST IN BILLING FEES, plus a greater amount than that in "equipment rental". Add to that the inexplicably high sewer fees and it is very clear that the tenants pay much, much more for their metered water than they ever would have just wasting it before. I'll add that they stood me up for installation of the meter several times. I DO have better things to do than go home and wait a couple hours for installers who can't seem to make their appointment. To anyone considering using Water Submetering Systems, LLC of Arizona, DON'T, and if you're getting railroaded like I was, fight it or move out.
