I have been over charged for my water bill. I have spoken with manager and here has been no resolution. I have beeen mailed a notice that i have to pay this amount or my water would shut off. I feel the company is taking advantage. I am disputing the bill and I want some resolution instead u have been ignored and bullied into paying the bill. Iam asking for yoy to investigate this extremely high bill. I am a single person in my home and I have no leaks nor any problems with my water meter. The water department had their personell inspect my meter and there were no problems. I have always been on time with my payments. Now because of the size of this bill I cannot afford to pay it. They cannot expalin to me why my bill is so high and are unwilling to adjust it and still expect me to pay it
