Profiteering on the water they are providing to us

For the past ten years we have been paying for our water at this Mobile home park.

Recently the price of our water went from twenty dollars to one hundred and twenty seven dollars, when questioned they told me that this was a true reading from my water meter of which I don't have, i've searched my property and there is no meter.

I was told that a signal goes from my meter to a computer in their main office.

This is totally bogus, and other residents of this park have also received a whopping increase in their water bills with no acceptable explation.

These people need to be held accountable for this but legally I don't know what recourse to take. Please help me and my fellow residents.
