I was physically assaulted by the ticket agebt while trying to board a flight out of Orlando, Florida. The assault left me with a huge bruise on my fore arm where she grabbed me. Then a few minutes later I was asked to leave my seat before take off and get off the plane. I missed the flight and was rebooked on another flight the next day, which caused all kinds of logistical problems. The flight also left with my luggage so had none of my belongings.
