[email protected] i was on flight 17 to newark. Oct 15 th. The flight had many problems wich caused a three hour delay. Which we were unable to leave the plane unable to call my ride causing $80 added expense to my trip it was a schuttle they were there before i got to newark i missed my connecting flight, had to go threw security taking belt, coat, shoes ect off. Plane. You should be able rebook at the gate when exiting the plane without going threw security again. Om the flight we were told to go to the appreciation page and pick agift. To my diappointment none pretand to an international flight, $100 off future domestic flight. Which barely covers the shuttle which cost me more because of the delay. The flight i was on was international!!! THEREFORE I WOULD LIKE A VOCHURE FOR AN INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT. I live in scotland and dont do domestic flights. Pleas get back to me asap as i will be booking my flight back to scotland soon thank you.
