Be cautious of this airline. Its a money grubbin, I dont give a s#1T about customers company. I missed a flight due to improperly interpreting the military time on my itinerary. My whole ticket was voided. Return flight of my round trip ticket ticket was cancelled. If I took another flight one way to make up for my missed flight, You cant use your return flight. THE WHOLE TICKET is cancelled if you are late.
Customer service didnt give me the time of day. On of the customer reps told me in a very condecending manner, "Oh gee Im sorry. Guess you'll need to buy another ticket". $880 down the drain. Plus $1200 to fly on another airlines because I needed to purchase a last minute flight. Southwest was very helpful. Everone else wanted 2700.00. I am going to make some noise and see what the response will be. I have filed omplaints with FTC and BBB. Next... I will drag them into small claims. Win or lose they will pay. It will cost them money to go there to defend themselves... Stay tuned for an update
