Today 5/8 I have just checked my current account and ryanair have taken £3.00 from my account. I have had no contact with ryanair since traveling on there airline on 11th July.
Ryanair have no right to plunder my bank account with out my knowledge, in fact it could be considered stealing. You can only contact them by phone at 10p a minute, and there`s no guarantee you will talk to anyone then.
