Today, 5/8, I checked my current account and Ryanair had taken 3.00 pounds from it. I have had no contact with Ryanair since traveling on their airline on 11th July.
Ryanair has no right to plunder my bank account without my knowledge. In fact, it could be considered stealing. You can only contact them by phone at 10p a minute, and there is no guarantee you will talk to anyone then.
