I booked a Ryanair flight and was offered a voucher off my next flight. What was not clear is that I was being transferred to a Company called Complete Savings. Still thinking I was on the Ryanair website I filled in my details for the voucher and what was not clear is that I was signing up for a monthly sub of €12 a month to Complete Savings.
I then received a notice saying my credit card account was being debited so I went to their website to unsubscribe but this feature was not there.
I really feel I was tricked by Ryanair who are obviously in on this 'deal' as they have a page on their website http://www.ryanair.com/en/questions/what-is-complete-savings
Shame on Ryanair, also I was told and cannot confirm that Complete Savings have a turnover of 700m, could that be the extent of this scam. Also heard the same happens with Pizza Hut.
