Charged 110 Pounds to Correct Name Error on Flight Booking

I booked a flight with Ryanair for my nephew. I made a mistake with his name, and when I phoned to correct it, they charged me 110 pounds. When I protested, they told me that if I wasn't happy, I should not travel with them. When I asked to speak to a manager, they put the phone down.
