I booked a hotel in Ireland through RyanAir and the deal included a EUR10 RyanAir voucher. The RyanHotel web site transferred me to Oyel.com where I made the booking. Otel.com says that they will provide the vouchers in 10 days after the stay. When I never received the voucher I sent a message on the Otel.com website asking for it and quoting my reference number. A few days later I received a reply asking me to clarify my query and closing the query. I immediately replied setting the complaint out in simple steps. Haven't heard from them since. I know that it is only 10 Euros but it does seem to confirm the Otel.com attitude that I read about on here. Some people seem to have had much worse experience than me. I would suggest that they are avoided in the future.
