I checked my bank account july 30 and it said i was charged $99.49 online check placed on july 23, i had less than $8 on my bank account that day. I called my bank they gave me the information of the company, i called them the 31st asked them for a full refund and they said yes, 3 days past i checked my bank account and the charge of 99.49 was still there and the money was never return. I called yesterday Aug. 2 the whole day, no answer, i called today in the morning finally someone answered they told me that my application was cancelled and they would no longer charge me $14 a month but that i authorized them to charged me $99.49 over the phone which i would never agree since i don't know this company or what they do.
