On the 8th of December, these people charged my account with $99.49, supposedly for an order I had placed. I placed no such order. On 12/07 (yesterday) I contacted the company and told them I had not ordered any merchandise. All I did was browse their website. I did not sign up for anything. I was given a cancellation number, which follows: 8496587. I also told them that I did not want the charge of $99.49 taken from my checking account. I was told that I would not be charged. Then, today, I checked my bank statement online and there was the charge. I don't have any documentation other than the charge that appears in my bank statement. Can you please help me with this?
