I ordered a basketball shoe that I was interested in at basketball24shoes.com for a great price. After I ordered it, I received an email the next day from a customer service representative saying" the item you ordered is out of stock, please choose a different color or another item from our website." I responded back by saying that I was only interested in that shoe with that particular color so I would just like a full refund. They refused to give me a refund and kept on insisting for me to choose a different color or a different item. They told me that their Paypal account is frozen for the next 6 months. I went back and forth with the emails trying to speak to a supervisor to issue me the refund and had no luck. They tell me their supervisor does not speak English. So in the end I reported them to Paypal. I would highly recommend you to stay away from this company because it is a scam. I don't even think they have authentic brand names in their inventory.
