On 02/02/07, I received an email confirmation from PayPal stating I paid Bungalow Enterprises $31.49 using PayPal Transaction ID: 30612052K8427315M
Item/Product Number IES15596.
On 02/02 I received an email from Shoe Bungalow stating my Order ID: 13780 has been received and paid for via online credit-card payment and it was being processed and will be sent shortly.
On 02/09/07 I contacted Shoe Bungalow at (845) 613-0762 (the customer service number listed on the website) via telephone at approximately 9:00 am (central time) to check the status of my order but no one answered so I left a message. I went to their website and completed a customer contact form (a request to be contacted by the company) to check the status.
On 02/12/07 I called Shoe Bungalow again at the same number at approximately 1:30 pm (central time) and again I got a recorded message. I left another message and completed another please contact me form on their website.
On 02/16/07 I received another email from Shoe Bungalow stating my order was still processing due to the Blossom shoes being out of stock in my size/color and the order was cancelled.
On 03/16/07 I emailed Shoe Bungalow to inform them that I had not received a refund. I also called at 10:15 am & 12:30 pm to check on my refund but got an answering machine both times and I left messages both times.
On 04/10/07 I emailed Shoe Bungalow to demand my refund and called periodically during the day but never spoke to a person at their office on the 10 or more occasions (since 02/09/07) I called their office. Also I have completed numerous customer contact forms but to no avail.
On 05/01/07 I emailed, telephoned and sent a customer contact form and nothing happened!!!
On 05/13/07 I went online to view my PayPal account to see if Shoe Bungalow refunded my PayPal account but NO REFUND! That's when I found out I could report it to PayPal. However, PayPal denied my claim because it has been over 45 days since the payment was made.
I don't know what to do, I need and want my money back!!!
Shoe Bungalow has refused to respond to my numerous phone calls and emails.
