I purchased a pair of Ugg boots from her online store. I received the wrong color boots. I contacted her stating that the boots that were sent were the wrong color and questioned if they were authentic. Contacted 2 more times without a response, I had paid with paypal and filed a report with them. Im guessing after paypal responded to her, she then contacted me asking what color I received. I responded back stating the wrong color and have not heard back from her since, that was over 1 week ago. She has a return policy on her website with a 30 day return policy. However I have no idea how to return the wrong item. Do not buy!!
