My parcel had to arrived at 4th of july. But it havent arrived so i called there and spoke with agent and they said i wrote my address by school
and it was closed after 5 so i had to arrange re-delivery. They said it will take 1 days. But after 3 days still parcel was not here so i rearranged and repeated 2 more times. So i called the agency and spoke with them with my short English. However, they said they will find out the problem and call me back at 27th of July. But still now. It has not arrived and no miss called from them. Please help me I am foreigner i do not no where I can complain about this situation i actually feel i got insulted by them. They did not made their promises exactly 6 times. I had to spend all my top ups. Please help. Thank you for reading long writing.
